The building that you see here was built in the 1940's and was renovated in 2013 and transformed into University View Apartments,10 one bedroom apartments on the 2nd floor of the building and 4 two bedroom apartments located on the ground floor of the building.

The main street access to the front of the building is also home for two locally owned store front businesses , Brent's Barber Shop and Century 21.
